The Modules

Module 0: Introduction to The Fiduciary Method™: $99
The framework underlying every module: the five integrated systems and the Integrated Practice Cycle, the seven-step process for how practitioners assess, verify, plan, act, document, review, and advance. Eligible for 0.50 CEUs through the Center for Guardianship Certification. Recommended first.
Module 1: Business Formation and Practice Models: $179
Entity structure selection, practice model evaluation, fee structure design, and insurance and bonding assessment. The operational decisions that define your practice before you accept your first case. Eligible for 1.5 CEUs through the Center for Guardianship Certification.
Module 2: Legal and Operational Foundations: $179
Authority verification, two-track financial management (practice finances and client funds), compliance infrastructure, and the legal and operational framework that protects both you and your clients. Eligible for 1.25 CEUs through the Center for Guardianship Certification.
Module 3: Systems and Market Development: $179
Standard operating procedures, referral network strategy, market positioning, and the infrastructure that makes your practice referable and operationally consistent from day one. Eligible for 1.0 CEUs through the Center for Guardianship Certification.
Module 4: Client Onboarding and Service Excellence: $179
Intake processes, engagement documentation, authority verification workflows, case file organization, and the service delivery framework that defines the client experience. Eligible for 1.25 CEUs through the Center for Guardianship Certification.
Module 5: Ethics and Decision-Making in Practice: $179
Conflict of interest protocols, professional boundaries, and the Integrated Practice Cycle applied to ethical reasoning. How to make defensible decisions when the right answer is not obvious. Eligible for 1.50 CEUs through the Center for Guardianship Certification.
Module 6: Technology, Tools, and Systems for Practice: $179
Case management platform evaluation, secure communication standards, document management, and SOP-to-system integration. Building a technology stack that meets fiduciary-specific requirements. Eligible for 1.25 CEUs through the Center for Guardianship Certification.
Module 7: Financial and Operational Planning for Launch: $179
First-year budgeting with fiduciary-specific expenses, the court-approved compensation cycle, month-by-month cash flow projection, and successor fiduciary planning. The financial reality of launching and sustaining a fiduciary practice. Eligible for 1.0 CEUs through the Center for Guardianship Certification.
